Fundraise for us
Bake, run, swim or just put a tin on the counter. It all helps.
What people do
There’s no wrong way to do this. Our supporters have run the Great Manchester Run, done Tough Mudder, held cake sales at school, organised pub quizzes, sat through sponsored silences and taken hot air balloon rides to face a fear of heights.
Some raise a few hundred pounds, some raise a few thousand. One supporter dressed her horse as Rudolph and stood outside Pets at Home with a collection tin.
We’ll help you do it
We can supply sponsorship forms, collection tins, t-shirts, posters and leaflets. We’ll promote what you’re doing on Facebook and Instagram, and link to your JustGiving page if you set one up.
If you’re a UK taxpayer, Gift Aid adds 25p to every pound your sponsors give, at no extra cost to anyone. All our sponsorship forms include the Gift Aid section.
Before you start
There are rules around fundraising, particularly if you’re collecting in a public place or running a large event. If you’re not sure, ask us first – it’s easier than unpicking it afterwards
